Hello Atul, thanks for commenting on this post. You just earned yourself a dofollow link for posting here.
About the question, The nofollow option is an extra and it should be used only if you want to. Some people do not want to dofollow their tag pages, whereas I do.
So it’s more of a preference. You can use it if you want to or just use the plugin with default settings.
