Matt Cutts of Google explains How Pagerank Works and how it is updated. Pagerank is usually updated every 3 months or 4 times in 1 year.
This time it’s late and we are all waiting for it!
Also Check Pagerank in Multiple Datacenters.
Hope the Google Pagerank gets updated before September, hopefully.

About page rank, it is updated 4 times in a year at 3 months interval and last update was on 1st July!
