Denis de Bernardy has created a wonderful plugin which converts your WordPress blog into a Dofollow blog within few seconds without editing php or anything else in your WordPress theme.
It simply means that the comments field which is Nofollow by default (to prevent spam) can be made into Dofollow with just few mouse clicks.
You do not have to worry about Comment spamming as long as you moderate each and every comment. Remember that each Dofollow backlink carries over your Pagerank. So link wisely and do not get penalized for hosting blog comments spam. Encourage useful comments and Share some Link love with your Loyal blog readers.
You can follow these images in order to Enable the WordPress plugin for Dofollow:
1) Search For “Dofollow” in the search box
2) Click Install and Activate it on the next screen
3) NPXP is a Dofollow Blog already 
You can follow these instructions to install and activate the WordPress Dofollow plugin:
- Under the Plugin section click on Add New
- Type in “Dofollow” in the search box in the next page
- Click Search plugins
- Choose the first search result, which is named as just: Dofollow
- Install it and activate it.
- You don’t have to change any settings at all.
- Job Well Done, your Blog is now a Dofollow Blog.

I wanted to find a simple way to make some of my wordpress sites dofollow, and I think this will work for me. Thanks for posting this. I am going to install the plugin now, and hopefully it will help me get more traffic and comments as well.

Very useful plugin. My blog is already a dofollow blog. That was the first thing I did when I installed WP.
Nice suggestion and seem to be a handy plugin. But moderating every comment is not an easy task when you have a huge reader base!
