The timeline is another interesting new concept that facebook have. some may want it and others might see it as complicated. thanks for the tips

  3. I see the benefit and coolness that the new timeline has to offer but I have to say that it runs poorly on older machines and it is a bit of an eye sore to me. Just my opinion. It reminds me more of that old website Myspace. When Myspace started overhauling it’s code it became a hideous monster and was very resource heavy on my computers, both mac and pc. I guess if I am going to use the new timeline I need to buy a new computer. I like the idea that if it isn’t broken don’t fix it. I am not using the new timeline, and I will not. Also when I click over to friends pages who are using the new timeline it really gives me a headache. I say keep it the way it was. It was faster, it was cleaner and nicer to look at. Just my 2 cents. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and info, Kamal!

  4. I recently upgraded my FB profile to Timeline after I noticed that more and more of my friends had switched their profile too.

I like the design and I appreciate that profile remains user friendly.

  5. The timeline is actually a great way to go back to specific times in your life. It’s a wonderful tool as you won’t have to actually look for data in an old way. It is easier to locate statuses or other stuff.

I have having trouble configuring the cover picture. It becomes pixelated. Any idea how to configure it right? i have followed the prescribed image size but as soon as I upload it it becomes pixelated.

  7. after seeing what that facebook timeline looks like. I was turned off LOL! It’s so messed up and confusing for adults or even people whose age are around 40+. It’s untidy and all those pictures are just around the monitor filling each space it could have.

  8. Timeline is heavy to load.but looks amazing…!

  9. Facebook new timeline is not really interesting for me… it shows all your activity to strangers.

  10. Its not available on my profile, do I need to make some changes in my settings to get that.

  11. I just don’t like what facebook updates had added recently. This timeline setup makes the arrangement of some profiles messed up and untidy to look at.

  12. This feature is an excellent enhancement.

  13. I am using this Facebook Timeline on my personal Facebook account and I just love it! People from my friends’ list who get to see it are amazed and they are asking me how I was able to create one. Kudos to Facebook team for coming up with such a genius development. Hope to see an image for the background, next time!

Yes, it’s not just available but it will be implemented soon to ALL users of FB. Mandatory as said. I don’t know if it’s a good thing but I’m not really fond of timeline. What can I do? None. Just cope up with Changes.
