Austin Matzko has developed an awesome WordPress plugin which can automatically backup your WordPress blog and email it to you every day or whenever you want it to.

How convenient huh? It is for me for sure. If you are a new blogger then you should always make sure that you backup your blog in proper intervals. I don’t want to miss out on backing up my WordPress blog every day because you never know what can happen tomorrow. So why take the chance? Install this wonderful plugin today.

Here is my plan strategy for the WP-DB-Backup Plugin:

1)   Install the plugin from: WordPress Backup Plugin

2)   Activate it

3)   Setup the plugin

4)   Forget about your blog security and its backups

5)   Have a Burger, maybe :p

Succeeding in Blogging is possible only when your blog is safe and secured. So please use this plugin to save yourself from some trouble.

Note: You can backup the files on-demand as well. Just go through the settings page as it is self-explanatory. Also it can save the backup on your own server; I prefer not to use this option because the only time when I would need this backup is when my WordPress blog is compromised by by a Hacker. I prefer to use my Gmail which is more or less my Virtual hard drive.
