Google Movies page in not as popular as the other services that Google offers but it is very useful for movie buffs like me. Plus let also remind you that this is not a new feature it’s been there for a very long time now.

If you need to know about a particular movie listing then this is your ultimate option. It not only shows where the movie is being played but also shows info such as ratings, show timings and also the address of the movie theatres.

All you need to do is head out to this page: http://www.google.com/movies and look out for all the movies currently being played in your city. In any case just make sure that it is showing the results for your city and if it isn’t then change the location to your need.

Some of the available options to filter out the Google Movies listing include:

Google Movies is not the same for different cities, the more popular your city is the more info you shall get. I tried searching for movie listings in New York and got extra info such as the duration of the movie, genre, trailers and a link to the movie’s IMDb page.
