POP3 stands for Post Office Protocol version 3 and here we are presenting you with the Gmail POP3 Settings for your email clients for both PC and Mobile Phones.
Email clients like Windows mail, Outlook 2007 and Outlook express are a common thing in the Corporate world. Organizations will not operate without the email clients up and running, at least the majority.
If you are at home then you can still configure your Gmail account with your computers email client using the following pop3 settings for Gmail accounts. So you don’t have to go to http://gmail.com every time you want to check your mail account.

I just want to say THANK YOU! After ugrading my OS to Snow Leopard (which installs Apple Mail 4.5 and sets IMAP by Default, which I don’t like how works with Gmail) I tried to create a POP account and your info about port numbers was the key.
