10 Tips For Writing Better Articles

I will help you guys to Write Good Articles in 10 easy steps. If you are a blogger there is a very good probability that you might have faced problems with the thought flow or perhaps getting stuck while writing an article for your blog.

What you need to understand is there is nothing wrong if you are out of ideas. It is a common problem that all the bloggers face at least once in their blogging career (If you don’t agree with this then obviously you are lying lol).

Here are the best tips that you might need in order to write better articles for your blog:

1) Pick a title

Before you start writing choose a title for your article, some might disagree on this but trust me to stay in the loop it is very necessary to come up with a temporary title at least. When it is time to publish your article you might reconsider the title in accordance with SEO or anything else if you need to.

2) Refer other blogs of the same niche

Unless the content on other blogs are copyrighted you are free to refer and write articles similar to what you read on other blogs. Chances are that the author of that blog also referred some other blog before coming up with that article.

3) Google Suggestion Dropdown

Don’t hesitate to type in the keyword of the article that you are about to write. The dropdown suggestion in the search box is an awesome way to get more ideas about the topic. I do it most of the times when I write articles here on NPXP.

4) Take A Break

If you are getting no ideas at all then it is time to take a much needed break. But if you are back from a break and you don’t feel like taking one more then take a nap. Seriously not everyday you can write so take a day off in those cases.

5) Facebook Friends

If you are a blogger then you might already have a fan page for your blog. In that case check out your fan list and see if you can find any other bloggers who are a fan of your blog (Which is easy to find out). Check their profile and most of them would have their blog URL in the profile page. The whole point of this is to find bloggers of similar interest. Once you find any such person go through their status updates. Trust me you will get exhaustive lists of ideas from doing this!

6) Google Analytics or Awstats

Check your blog stats for a period of one month or maybe three. See which of your blog posts has received maximum number of hits or visits. By doing this it is easier for you to write a preceding article of the same topic or maybe a different opinion about the same. Do not mistake of contradicting yourself by trying to prove something else unless you believe that you can take any sort of arguments that might arise by doing so.

7) Google Keyword Tool

If you haven’t tried it yet then I guess this is a high time in your blogging career to use Google Keyword Tool and get the best keyword based suggestions.

8 ) Listen To Music

Nothing can calm you down and help you think peacefully than listening to your favorite songs. Music soothes your mind and helps you be creative. I listen to EMINEM most of the times btw.

10) Stuck With an Article?

If you use WordPress dashboard to write articles then click on “Save Draft” and write something else or just close the editor and think something else. This is advised in rare cases where you just can’t finish the article at all. Open it after a couple of days and try to finish it as far as possible. If you have to cut short the article don’t hesitate to do that. Remember that real people read blogs and you should be able to convince them for the reason why you could not conclude the topic.
